Welcome to our monthly newsletters where we share important updates and events that are going on within our resident community! We are SO excited to have all our new (and some returning) residents getting ready to move-in for this upcoming lease term.
In this June edition, we have included some important information regarding move-in and other general information on things you should know while living with us. Have we mentioned how excited we are for everyone to move-in yet?!
Move-in day is Sunday, June 12th and keys can be picked up between 9am to 5pm outside each property. Keys can be picked up any other day during our business hours if you are unable to make it on June 12th.
Prior to move-in, please ensure that you do not have an unpaid balance on your account or any outstanding leasing documents needing signature. Please log on to your Tenant Web Access account via web browser or download the “rmResident” app to ensure you’ve completed these move-in requirements. Call our office at (603) 452-7030 if you have any questions.

Move-In Inspection Form
Upon moving in, don’t forget to complete the move-in inspection form that can be found at the bottom of the Move-In Information page.
Within 5 days of the first resident moving in, this form MUST be completed to ensure that your unit will not be charged for pre-existing conditions at move-out.
Reminder: Each rent installment is due on the 1st of each month while late fees will begin to apply after midnight on the 5th of the month.
If you are interested in saving $10 a month on each rent installment, you can set up autopay through your tenant web access account. Autopay must be set up with an ACH compatible savings or checking account.

Looking to pay this month’s rent installment? Or maybe you’re looking to put in a maintenance request for your unit. Log on to your Tenant Web Access account to do both of these and more!
Located right next to Hop & Grind, our office has some sweet amenities that you may be interested in.
Our office has grab-n-go snacks and beverages available. We also offer free printing services. These are both free to our residents! Stop by anytime to say hi and take advantage of some of our office amenities.

Secure a summer parking pass by stopping by our office or giving us a call. Any resident can purchase a parking pass at either location and passes are valid from June 12th through August 26th. The prices are listed below:

OWN A BIKE?
At Madbury Commons, we have both indoor and outdoor bike storage. Only residents who have a bike on campus will be given access to our secure indoor bike storage.
If you are planning on bringing a bike to campus, let our office know and we can allow your individual key FOB to have access to our indoor bike storage.
MADBURY COMMONS GYM
Located in our South tower building at Madbury Commons, you will to find our gym here. Containing many different cardio options and several different machines including a smith machine. You will without a doubt, have a great workout.
Gym Hours: 6am-10pm
