There is one 15-minute parking space located at Madbury Commons – residents may use this for quick loading/unloading. If that space is unavailable, there are convenient Town of Durham (metered) parking options adjacent to Madbury Commons located on Madbury Road and Pettee Brook Lane parking lot.
Sorry, we don’t offer visitor or temporary parking options at our property. You can pay to park for a few hours at the neighboring Madbury Road or Pettee Brooke Lane metered parking lots. We suggest contacting UNH Parking and Transit to see what options may be available for overnight parking.
UNH sells “Non-Resident” parking spaces available to off-campus residents at their West Edge and Mast Road parking lots. These passes typically go on sale in July. You can find more information regarding this parking option on their website: UNH Off-Campus Parking Permits
