Hello Residents and Guarantors!

We hope that everyone has had a smooth transition into the school year and have found a balance with their schedule. We can’t believe that it’s already October with Fall already here.

In this October Newsletter, we have a HUGE update on leasing for the ’24-’25 school year along with some announcements on upcoming events that we can’t wait to share with you.

OFFICE CLOSED – 10/14

OFFICE CLOSED FOR HOMECOMING

On Saturday, October 14th, our leasing office will be closed for the UNH Homecoming football game.

In case of emergencies and lockouts, please call

LEASING UPDATE

Our renewal period has come to an end and leasing has officially opened up to the waitlist consisting of 700+ prospects!

If you missed renewing your apartment, depending on our availability, you may still be able to renew your unit. If your current unit gets leased by another group, don’t worry! We will try our best to find you a similar unit.

If you are interested in one of our other MPM units, we highly recommend stopping by our office for the most up-to-date information on our availability.

Don’t hesitate to reach out to our office with any questions regarding our leasing process or current availability.

UPCOMING EVENTS

PROFESSIONAL HEADSHOTS

October 18th 11pm-4pm

In preparation for job/internship recruiting season, a professional photographer will be on-site on 10/18 taking resident headshots!

Keep an eye out for an email with a link to register as there are limited slots available.

PUMPKIN CARVING CONTEST

October 20th -27th

This year, we’re bringing back our pumpkin carving contest. Starting October 20th, you and your roommates can pick up a pumpkin from our leasing office and then submit a photo of your carved pumpkin to our Instagram for a chance to win a prize!

TRIVIA TUESDAY

October 24th 4-10PM

Trivia and Pizza?! Count us in!

Get your roommates together and tune in to Trivia later this month. Even better, large pizzas will be available in the office on a first come first serve basis for trivia participants. (One Pizza Per Apartment)

Trivia can be found on the Madbury Commons website and the first unit to get the most answers correct wins a prize!

RECENT EVENTS

MADCOM & DENNISON COOKOUT

We loved connecting with our residents at our annual Madbury Commons and Dennison cookouts. We hope everyone enjoyed hanging out on a Friday afternoon and grabbing a bite to eat.

DAVIS COURT OPEN HOUSE & COOKOUT

We had a blast having a cookout at Davis Court. We hope that you all enjoyed the food and had the opportunity to tour some units you were interested in.

UDAY

Thank you to everyone that showed up to our UDay table. We enjoyed speaking with all of you about our housing options. UDay attendants also had the opportunity to get a Free “MadCom and Chill” T-Shirt!

LOCAL EVENTS

SPORTS CAREER CLUB NETWORKING NIGHT

October 11th 7-8:30PM

New Hampshire Hall 208

UNH SCC will be hosting a professional development workshop & networking night. They will offer résumé reviews, LinkedIn workshops, elevator pitch development, and professional headshots! The members of the executive board will lead each portion of the event and at the conclusion of all workshops, there will be a photographer who will provide headshots for anyone who may want one.

Business Casual attire STRONGLY RECCOMENDED.

UNH HOMECOMING WEEKEND

October 13th-15th

Homecoming weekend is coming soon! Many alumni, friends, and family will be returning to the UNH Durham campus to participate in the homecoming festivities.

The UNH Wildcats will be playing UAlbany at 1PM @Wilcat Stadium.
