Hello Residents and Guarantors!
We are so excited to finally have everyone moved in for this school year! Throughout the month of September, we have lots of fun events planned for our residents that we can’t wait to host for you all. Below, you can find more information for this month’s events. To view all future events, check out the Community Calendar on your Tenant Web Access account.
This month’s newsletter has lots of other great information as well regarding our upcoming leasing season, information on our Community Ambassador position, and general information about living with us.

MADCOM OPEN HOUSE + COOKOUT
9/8: 12pm-2pm
On Friday, September 8th from
12 pm -2 pm, bring your friends and come hang out with us in the Madbury Commons Boulevard for a cookout and open house! We will have burgers, hot dogs, vegetarian options, and great music.
Our standard 4-person A1 and B1 units will be open to all to walk through and applications will be available for anyone interested!

COOPS COOKOUT
9/15: 1pm-2pm
On Friday, September 15th, from 1 pm – 2:00 pm we will be hosting a cookout for Dennison Road Apartment residents! Come hang out and grab a burger or a hotdog. Veggie burgers will also be available!

DAVIS COURT FOOD TRUCK
9/22: 12pm-2pm
On Friday, September 22nd from 12pm-2pm, B’s Taco Truck will be parked right outside Davis Court. Residents are welcome to come and are allowed to choose from a selection of free options.
Come on over to play some yard games, eat some food, and have a good time!

TRIVIA TUESDAY
9/26: 4-10
Trivia and Pizza?! Count us in!
Get your roommates together and tune in to Trivia later this month. Even better, large pizzas will be available in the office on a first come first serve basis for trivia participants. (One Pizza Per Apartment)
Trivia can be found on the Madbury Commons website and the first unit to get the most answers correct wins a prize!

KONA ICE TRUCK EVENT
On Sunday, August 27th, our residents were treated with a Free shaved ice treat from KONA ICE.
Thank you to everyone who came by the truck during move-in weekend!

LOT A: COMMUTER CELEBRATION
On Monday, August 28th, MPM tabled at the FIRST DAY OF CLASSES COMMUTER CELEBRATION at Lot A.

RESIDENT AMBASSADOR PROGRAM

|
Do you have free time available, and looking to save on rent? We have an opportunity for you! Madbury properties is looking for property ambassadors throughout our portfolio. The role of our property ambassador is to be our eyes and ears of the property you live at, including responsibilities of posting on your properties Facebook Community webpage, hanging up flyers, and keeping our staff informed about the property you live at so we can offer the best tenant experience possible.

MADBURY COMMONS INTERNET UPGRADES

We are excited to announce our new Madbury Commons internet configuration in efforts to improve your web surfing experience! Keep an eye out for the registration email that will be sent from blueport@wifikey.io. on September 6th. Questions? Please contact our ISP support line, (877) 663-0662.

How do I access my Resident Portal?
The easiest way to access your resident portal is by downloading the “rmResident” app using the code “ggc” and community “Durham, NH”.
On the app, you can pay rent, put in maintenance requests, check your tenant account, and much more!
You can also log on to your resident portal through our website by selecting “Resident Portal” at the top right of your screen and logging in through there.

If I live at Madbury Commons, where can I pick up my mail?
If you are expected to receive a package, we will text you once it is ready to be picked up in our leasing office.
All other mail and some USPS packages will be delivered to your mailbox located in either the North or South Tower lobby. Each unit has one mailbox key that was/will be picked up by one roommate while moving in.
If you find a parcel key in your mailbox, it will have a number on it that corresponds with a parcel locker below.
NOTE: You will NOT receive a notification for any mail put in your mailbox. Only packages received in our leasing office.
