We have the answers
What are the lease terms?
We offer individual leases running from early June 2023 through late May 2024.
How do I apply for a lease?
The first step is to complete a lease application. You can apply in person at our leasing office at 17 Madbury Road, Suite 120 or online through our website.
What does rent include?
Everything you need. Individual rental rates include ALL utilities (heat, hot water, cable, internet, A/C, electricity with a generous $28/mo per person cap, and in-unit washer and dryer!) and a fully furnished unit with full sized beds, desks, and dressers in each bedroom; stylish living room and dining room furniture; 46” flat screen HDTV in living room; and new, sleek appliances in the kitchen (granite countertops, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and built-in microwave)!
When you run the numbers, there’s a reason all-inclusive rent is the most popular thing in town.
What's the advantage of an individual lease?
Each resident in an apartment signs an individual lease that is co-signed by a parent or guardian over age 18.
By signing an individual lease, students become responsible only for their own rent. If a roommate should leave the apartment, your lease will remain unaffected.
What are the parking options?
Because Madbury Commons is right next to the University and Downtown, there’s no need for a car for day-to-day use. There is no on-property (car) parking for residents; however, we do offer limited moped parking spots on a first-come first-serve basis. We have a limited amount of parking spaces available within a 2-5 minute walk at our sister properties Davis Court & Dennison Road on a first-come first-serve basis for an additional fee.

What if your student doesn't have roommates lined up?
Not a problem! We can match you up with students who are compatible.
Where is the property located?
Madbury Commons is located near the heart of the UNH campus and 1/10th of a mile from Downtown Durham, a short walk from epicenter of Durham and UNH life. The physical address is 17 & 21 Madbury Road.
