Rent Installments

Reminder: Each rent installment is due on the 1st of each month while late fees will begin to apply after midnight on the 5th of the month.

If you are interested in saving $10 a month on each rent installment, you can set up autopay through your Tenant Web Access account. Autopay must be set up with an ACH compatible savings or checking account.

We still have summer and moped parking passes available! Stop by our office or give us a call to purchase one today.

Need to put in a maintenance request? Log on to your Tenant Web Access account and click on the “Maintenance Requests” tab to submit one at any time easily from your device.

Looking for an easier way to pay rent, put in a maintenance request and check your tenant account? Download the “rmResident” app using the Company Code “ggc” and Community “Durham, NH” to login and access these features.

Madbury Properties is challenging you and your roommates to “Welcome us to your Crib!” At the end of August, be prepared to take a picture of your finished and “decked out” apartment.

Trust us, you will not want to miss this opportunity to get involved. You and your roommates could win ONE of THREE awesome prizes.

LOCAL EVENTS

BLANKETS FOR UKRAINIAN REFUGEES

Monday nights from 7-9, head over to the Freedom Cafe to help knit welcome blankets for Ukrainian refugees. Bring your own supplies if you have them but if not they will have supplies on hand.

If you are a beginner, they will teach you how to knit a basic stitch as well. For more information, check out the Town of Durham Community Events page.

DURHAM FARMERS MARKET

Located at the Town Minipark, the Durham Summer Farmer’s Market is held every Monday from 2:30 PM – 6:00 PM.

This is a great event to help support local businesses and with 16 markets all in one place, there are plenty of delicious and locally grown food options.
