PIMP MY CRIB CONTEST

Get ready for our first ever “Pimp my Crib” competition beginning Wednesday, August 17th! For this “most-likes” competition, DM us photos of your “pimped” out unit for a chance to win some super cool prizes. Prizes will be announced in the coming weeks on our Instagram! (Instagram accounts are linked further down in the newsletter) So, make sure to follow us to stay updated!

ICE CREAM TRUCK EVENT

On Sunday, August 28th, take a break from unpacking and enjoy a delicious ice cream or popsicle! From 12pm-3pm, North East Ice Cream will be parked in the Madbury Commons courtyard ready to serve up some sweet treats for our residents!

RESIDENT AMBASSADOR PROGRAM

Do you have free time available, and looking to save on rent? We have an opportunity for you! Madbury properties is looking for property ambassadors throughout our portfolio. The role of our property ambassador is to be our eyes and ears of the property you live at, including responsibilities of posting on your properties Facebook Community webpage, hanging up flyers, and keeping our staff informed about the property you live at so we can offer the best tenant experience possible.

FAQS

How do I access my Resident Portal?

The easiest way to access your resident portal is by downloading the “rmResident” app using the code “ggc” and community “Durham, NH”.

On the app, you can pay rent, put in maintenance requests, check your tenant account, and much more!

You can also log on to your resident portal through our website by selecting “Resident Portal” at the top right of your screen and logging in through there.

If I live at Madbury Commons, where can I pick up my mail?

If you are expected to receive a package, we will text you once it is ready to be picked up in our leasing office.

All other mail and some USPS packages will be delivered to your mailbox located in either the North or South Tower lobby. Each unit has one mailbox key that was/will be picked up by one roommate while moving in.

If you find a parcel key in your mailbox, it will have a number on it that corresponds with a parcel locker below.

NOTE: You will NOT receive a notification for any mail put in your mailbox. Only packages received in our leasing office.

BIG BEAN TRIVIA

Looking for something to do with you and your friends? Check out the Big Bean Wednesday nights from 7pm-9pm where they host games of trivia! Teams of 2-8 are allowed and prizes are awarded to the top teams.

DURHAM FARMERS MARKET

Located at the Town Minipark, the Durham Summer Farmer’s Market is held every Monday from 2:30 PM – 6:00 PM.

This is a great event to help support local businesses and with 16 markets all in one place, there are plenty of delicious and locally grown food options.
