On March 1st UNH returned to the yellow ‘restricted’ mode of operation. Please continue to practice social distancing, wear a mask and limit close contacts. Together we can slow the spread. Stay well, Wildcats!

Our RELIFE Power Tower is a great tool to build upper body and core strength! Check out this power tower workout that includes tips for building up to pullups with eccentric training.

Be sure to reserve a time slot in our fitness center, max capacity is 4 residents at a time.

Please wear a face covering at all times unless you’re using our cardio equipment!

Have you tried Durham’s newest, late-night dining option? Fry’d is owned and operated by UNH students who know exactly what you’re looking for in an after-hours snack! Check out their menu for sweet and savory bites with vegan and gluten free options. Open Wednesday through Saturday from 10pm to 2am.
