Dear Residents,

We are happy to report that our IT provider was able to identify and rectify a network device issue that was causing the frequent disconnection of the internet for users. This update took effect on 3/3/2021 at approximately 11:30am. All users should have noticed an improvement in their connectivity since this fix.

We appreciate everyone’s patience and cooperation as our IT provider worked to implement network configurations in order for our upgraded equipment and bandwidth to operate as efficiently as possible. We understand the importance of stable, reliable internet for our residents and we hope that our residents are now experiencing the full benefits of all of the network updates we have made in the past year!
