Final rent payment was due on May 1, 2021 for the full rent amount. Security deposits cannot be applied to the final rent payment.

With the end of Spring Semester quickly approaching, we want to thank you for spending your 2020-2021 school year with Madbury Properties! We look forward to welcoming many of our undergrads back for the next lease term and we wish our graduating seniors the best as you move on to your next chapter!

FUEL UP FOR FINALS
Make sure to stop by our Madbury Commons lobbies for coffee, donuts, protein bars, and much more to stay fueled up for your finals! Our tables will be set up on Monday May 17th and Tuesday May 18th starting at 9:00am.
MADCOM FOOD DRIVE
Bring your non-perishable & canned food to our Madbury Properties Leasing office starting on May 17th through May 24th. After the lease end date our Madbury Properties staff will bring all donations to Waysmeet here in Durham!
SENIOR GIFT
Congratulations once again to all of our 2021 graduating seniors! You have all worked so hard and it has finally paid off. We have loved having you all make us your home. As a token of our congratulations we have ‘Class of 2021’ wrist lanyards at our office for all graduating seniors! Please stop by at your convenience to get yours. Happy Graduation!
