Dear Residents,
With the Cinco de Mayo holiday quickly approaching, we would like to remind you all to please be mindful of your property while adhering to Madbury Properties, UNH, Durham, and CDC COVID-Precautions if celebrating. This means cleaning up after yourselves and avoiding large crowds to ensure everyone’s safety.
Some things to keep in mind:
· Keep gatherings within the occupancy levels described in your lease.
· No outdoor drinking games (Beirut, flip cup, etc.)
· No Kegs
· Do NOT access any roofs or unauthorized areas in your community
· Do NOT tamper with or damage any life safety equipment
· No fireworks
No large gatherings will be allowed at any properties and there will be a large police and security presence at all properties patrolling and preventing outdoor gatherings. We will have additional security on-site starting at 2:00PM. Please feel free to contact security to address any concerns or complaints at 603-854-0015.
Applicable fines will be enforced for lease violations. Please refer to the Community Rules and Fee Schedule to familiarize yourself with the rules to avoid violations and fines.
