You may be aware that Townhouses A and B are still available to lease for the 24-25 lease term, and we’d love your help getting them filled.
If you refer a full group of eight to sign for either of the open townhouses between now and November 10th, we will send each of you a $50 Visa eGift card as our Thank you!
New Residents will fill out a referral slip when they sign a lease and gift cards will be sent to your email following payment of the security deposit. Contact our office with any questions!
