Upon receiving this renewal email, you will be able to review and sign your renewal offer using your online Resident Portal account https://ggc.twa.rentmanager.com/. TRANSFERING TO ANOTHER MPM APARTMENT / PROPERTY
9/26/2022 – 9/30/2022
Pending direct (true) renewals, and availability, you will have the opportunity to secure a new property or apartment managed by Madbury Properties. Be sure to notify our staff early on and pick out a back-up option within our portfolio in case your first apartment choice doesn’t become available. Our renewal transfer period ends September 30th. We will open leasing to our waitlist (and general public) consisting of over 500 people and growing on October 3rd.
